Komparace trhů práce a politik zaměstnanosti vybraných zemí Evropské unie

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu stavu vybraných ukazatelů trhu práce a politiky zaměstnanosti ve vybraných zemích EU a na jejich základě provést jejich komparaci. K dosažení vytyčeného cíle práce bylo zapotřebí nejprve nastínit teoretický základ dané problematiky a provést analýzu vybraných ukazatelů nejprve na úrovni Evropské unie, posléze i v rámci vybraných zemí. V neposlední řadě byla provedena komparace vybraných ukazatelů trhu práce a politiky zaměstnanosti mezi vybranými zeměmi. V rámci této práce byla také navržena doporučení pro zlepšení situace na českém trhu práce.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the condition of selected indicators of the labour market and labour market policy in selected countries of European Union and compare them. Firstly it was needed to outline theoretical basis of the issue and to analyze selected indicators to achieve the aim. Selected indicators were analyzed at the level of European Union and then at the level of selected countries. Finally the comparison of selected indicators of the labour market and labour market policy was made among selected countries. Recommendations for improving the situation on the Czech labour market were also suggested as a part of this thesis.
