Uplatnění systému řízení kvality ve stavebnictví

Abstract

The thesis deals with integrated quality management systems and their use in practice. First, the current standard ISO 9001: 2008 is evaluated by application of selected methods, which is then compared with the system ISO 9001: 2015. The aim of this comparison is to detect discrepancies between systems and recommendation of the suggestions that would lead to the improvement of the existing function of the integrated quality management system. As an example of the practical application of ISO 9001: 2008 in practice serves Severomoravska Construction Company Ltd., which uses the standard as a tool to improve competitiveness. The purpose of the second part is to propose recommendations that would improve the position of the company.
