Hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti STEELTEC CZ, s.r.o. metodou Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Diplomová práce hodnotí výkonnost společnosti STEELTEC CZ, s.r.o. pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. Práce je kromě kapitol úvod a závěr rozvržena do čtyř hlavních částí. V první části je teoreticky vymezena problematika. Druhá část je věnována charakteristice vybrané společnosti. V třetí části je provedena samotná analýza, kdy výkonnost vybrané společnosti je v duchu zvolené metody podrobně hodnocena dle finanční perspektivy, zákaznické perspektivy, perspektivy vnitropodnikových procesů a perspektivy učení se a růstu. V čtvrté části je na základě předchozích zjištění proveden návrh Balanced Scorecard strategického systému.

This thesis evaluates the performance of the company STEELTEC CZ, Ltd using the Balanced Scorecard method. The work is in addition to the introduction and conclusion chapters divided into four main parts. The first part is a theoretical definition of the chosen method. The second part is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company. In the third part is an analysis of the company itself, where the performance of the chosen company is in the spirit of the chosen method fully evaluated according to the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal processes perspective and the perspective of learning and growth. The fourth part is based on the findings of previous design of a Balanced Scorecard strategic system.
