Abstract

The diploma thesis is composed for the summer bathing pool situated in the town Hradec nad Moravicí. Its operator is Technical services Hradec nad Moravicí. The aim of this thesis is to find out and evaluate the satisfaction of visitors of the chosen summer bathing pool and to make suggestions and recommendations which may contribute to increase of the satisfaction of visitors of the summer bathing pool and eventually increase the visit rate. The opening part of thesis characterizes the summer bathing pool itself including the analysis of macro environment and outer micro environment. One chapter is focused on theoretical grounds of satisfaction measurements. The basis of the thesis is planning and realization of a primary research. This research was conducted by personal questioning in Hradec nad Moravicí. Important part is also the interpretation of the research. The final part states concepts and recommendations for satisfaction increase.
