Analýza vybraných personálních činností ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Personal activities are inseparable constituent of every corporation. This diploma work discourses about these activities in chosen firm. The diploma work has two parts: theory-methodical part and application-verified part. The first part is worked on basis of expert literature and the second part exposes character of chosen firm and describes used methods to make analysis inclusive of basic methods – interview and questionnaire. The result of realized analysis is the evaluation of both used methods and the determination of recommend to improve real situation.
