Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is a detailed analysis of the costs of the company AGC Flat Glass Czech a.s., member of AGC Group. The processed analysis points to the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The evaluation of the management of past years gives guidance on reducing costs in the future. Horizontal and vertical analysis, cost indicator and work productivity are used for cost-benefit analysis. Furthermore, personnel costs and power consumption are analysed to illustrate the situation.
