Analýza zavádění autonomní údržby v metalurgickém závodě

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis způsobu implementace autonomní údržby v praxi v rámci přístupu WCM na metalurgickém závodě na vybraných zařízeních a vyhodnocení vlivu její aplikace na snížení a eliminaci poruch (anomálií). V teoretické části je představen přístup WCM. Je zde přiblížena její hlavní filozofie a popsána historie jejího vzniku. Dále jsou zde popsány všechny technické pilíře metody WCM. V závěru této části jsou popsány nástroje WCM. V praktické části je představen podnik ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. a středojemná válcovací trať. Je zde popsána autonomní údržba a její implementace v dané organizaci, její vyhodnocení a návrhy na zlepšení.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the way of implementation autonomous maintenance in practice within the WCM approach at the metallurgical plant on selected equipment and its influence to the reduction and elimination of defects (anomalies). The WCM approach is presented in the theoretical part. Here is its main philosophy and the history of its origins. All the technical pillars of the WCM are described below. At the end of this section, the WCM tools are described. The practical part introduces ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. and the medium and fine section mill. In this part there is described autonomous maintenance and its implementation in the organization, its evaluation and suggestions for improvement.
