Abstract

The Diploma Thesis deals with the Cross Border Provision of Services in the framework of the European Union´s Internal Market. The theoretical part of this Thesis is focused on the introduction of European Union´s Internal Market. The exact description of Cross Border Provision of Services is emphasized. The Thesis contains a summary of the fundamental principles biding on Internal Market´s relevant subjects. The list of administrative tasks for the entrepreneurs wishing to provide Services Cross Border is also attached. The practical part is devoted to the construction of models simulating the real Cross Border Provision of Services by Czech entrepreneurs to the all Czech Republic´s neighboring countries. The process of hypothesis verification is included at the end of the Thesis.
