Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the employee development and education possibilities analysis. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the learning process in a selected organization and to provide suggestions for improving this process. The theoretical part explains the theoretical recourses of the employee development and education, such as human resources, learning, enterprise education and systematic education cycle which includes identifying training needs, planning, implementing and evaluating of education. In the practical part, we introduced the organization and analyzed the training opportunities of employees in a selected organization. We used a questionnaire to gain information about employees satisfaction and opinion about their development and education in the organization. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaire, we provided suggestions and recommendations for improving the process of employee development and education in the organization.
