Návrh a realizace systému automatické teplotní temperace v prostorech průmyslové kompresorovny s využitím odpadního tepla jednotlivých strojů

Abstract

This work solves and describes one of the possible ways of providing a temperature stable environment necessary for the continuous operation of Atlas Copco GA series air-cooled screw compressors according to the manufacturer's recommendations. It specifies the existing possibilities and conditions in terms of building layout of the building, describes the hardware solution according to the customer's requirements and business practices, contains a tuned algorithm for the Simatic S7-1200 control system, including visualization on the touch panel. It includes knowledge gained by measuring and observing the system in both manual and automatic mode during the test operation. Part of the work is also analysis of system behavior during the year, especially in extremely hot and cold periods, when the platform ensures compliance with limit temperature conditions - protection against freezing or overheating.
