Abstract
The dissertation deals with development of welfare benefits of state social support in Czech Republic. It describes rules abiding with state social support, basic terms and definitions and legal regulations for paricular grants. In practical section it displays number of paid off grants at Labour Office in Ostrava, contact branch Bohumín. It describes how separate law updating influenced claims for amount of grants.
