Abstract

This thesis deal with the description and analysis of individual personal activities in Czech Coal a.s..I have analysed individual personal activities, which are actually applied in the company. The final part is focused on extensit of employee´s amenities packet in the form of free loans, social help and loans. The thesis is supplemented by charts, graphs and appendices in order to maket he whole is more comprehensible.
