Stanovení limitních koncentrací kovových iontů pro rezistenci vybraných kmenů bakterií

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to determine the limit concentration of metal ions for the resistance of selected bacterial strains. In the introductory part of this work the meaning of the environment for the growth of bacteria and its physiological effects was described, and also bacterial strains Cupriavidus metallidurans, monteilii Pseudomonas, Rhodococcus sp. were characterized. The experimental part of the work deals with the determination of the limit concentration of metal ions and their effect on the growth of listed bacterial strains.
