Abstract
This diploma thesis is focused on the Introduction of a New Product in Ski Area. The purpose of this thesis was to find out through analysis attitudes and opinions of visitors, employees and members of Bílá Ski Resort on the possible new investment. To obtain the goal of this diploma thesis was chosen the method of online questioning and deep in-depth interview.
