Analýza práce logistických disponentů v konkrétním podniku a návrhy zlepšení

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat práci logistických disponentů ve společnosti ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava a.s. a na základě této analýzy navrhnout a doporučit opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení stávající práce logistických pracovníků ve společnosti. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část obsahuje teoretická východiska, která vysvětlují pojem logistika a blíže specifikují logistiku v oblasti dopravy. V druhé části je analyzovaný stávající stav výše zmíněné společnosti. Uvedený kalkulační vzorec vyjadřuje podíl jednotlivých nákladových položek na celkových nákladech společnosti. Analýza práce dispečera se zaměřuje na odměňování a vybavenost pracovišť logistických pracovníků, komunikaci a dělbu práce mezi těmito pracovníky a obecný popis jejich práce. Jejich práce je představena prostřednictvím konkrétních zakázek přeprav zboží – jízdou jednoho vozidla do Velké Británie a zpět.

The aim of my Bachelor work is to analyze a daily work of the logistics agent in ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava a.s. and this analysis will be the base for the suggestions and recommendations, which could lead to the improvement of the contemporary logistics agents work in the company. This Bachelor work contains two parts. The first part contains theoretical bases, which explain the term of logistics and specify the logistics in the transportation. In the second part is analyzed the contemporary state of the mentioned company. The introduced costing model qualifies the participation of costs components of the transportation on the total costs of the company. The analysis of the work logistics agent focuses on the remuneration and the workplace equipment, communication and the distribution of labour between these employees and the general description of their work. Their work is presented on the concrete commissions of the goods transportation – expedition of the one vehicle to the Great Britain and back.
