Zhodnocení investičního projektu ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the investment project in a selected industrial business. The aim of the work is to select a suitable variant of construction that will meet the requirements of the investor and at the same time will be chosen as the most advantageous by the sorted methods. The theoretical part specifies the basic characteristics of the investment project, methods for evaluating investments, economic indicators, multiple-criteria decision analysis, basic information about unification and a short introduction of the company implementing the investment projects. Then, in the following practical part, three possible variants of construction will be described, where the methods for investment evaluation will be applied. Furthermore, the technical and economic criteria will be selected, to which will be assigned importance by using the Fuller method. By that will be compiled a table of decision analysis. On its basis and on the basis of applied methods for investment evaluation, will be selected the best solution. The conclusion of the work is a comprehensive evaluation of the project.
