Elektronický podpis v návaznosti na právní řád a jeho praktické využití v podniku

Abstract

In Bachelor thesis I deal with the digital signature in relation to the law and its practical application in the company. I describe the usage of Information technology from the very beginning, when everything was in its infancy, it was just an electronic mail without any security. I also describe various applications (B2B, B2C) for communication between companies and online stores. I also deal with the concept of e-Government and the electronic registry. Great deal of my thesis I focus on secure communication, basics of cryptography (encryption), symmetric, asymmetric cryptography and management of cryptographic keys, of course, certificate as well, its basic structure and composition, last but not least, I focus on certification authority.

The aim of my work is the explaining basic concepts to secure communications to switch to digital signature legislation and its application in the company. In connection with the digital signature, I will also deal with data boxes, which are currently less prominent, but in future will be closely linked with the digital signature.
