Expanze strojírenského podniku a možnosti jejího financování

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to propose an effective way of the company's expansion based on the financial situation analysis from the medium-term perspective including the most effective way of expansion’s funding. The financial situation of the company is analyzed using select ratios and predictive models. To be more specific about the selected ratios, certain indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity, financial stability as well as indicators of indebtedness are used. Concerning the predictive models, the means of Altman model, index IN05 and Kralicek Quicktest are used. The expansion in terms of the identified values is suggested in the final recommendation section. As the most appropriate way of funding appears to be the form of bank loans, particularly from Raiffeisenbank and Deutsche Leasing. The key decision for such a funding is represented primarily by the company´s long-term cooperation with these banks. In the final chapter of the thesis several other recommendations are mentioned, in particular utilization of free production capacities in the first half of the year. A new scheme of the machinery layout, both in new and existing production halls, is also included in the aforementioned recommendations.
