Rozvoj klastrů v oblasti těžby a zpracování nerostných surovin v ČR a EU.

Abstract

Disertační práce řeší rozvoj konkurenceschopnosti a hospodářského rozvoje klastrů v oblasti těţby a zpracování kamene v České republice a zemích Evropské unie. V současné době jsou klastry důleţitým prvkem tvorby průmyslových a regionálních inovačních politik v celém rozvinutém světě. Klastry postupně převzaly důleţitou úlohu nejen při oţivení stagnujících regionů, ale také při podpoře průmyslových odvětví zaloţených na nových vědeckých poznatcích v bohatších regionech. Je zde snaha o vyšší zaměření na mikroekonomické podnikatelské prostředí na rozdíl od tradičního makroekonomického pohledu, na zlepšování konkurenceschopnosti excelentních průmyslových odvětví nebo sektorů s důrazem na místní specifika. Klastry nabízí kombinaci konkurence a spolupráce, která vede k růstu vzdělávání, inovací a konkurenceschopnosti. Disertační práce řeší výzkum optimálních podmínek pro zakládání nových klastrů v oboru těţby a zpracování nerostných surovin a vede tak k rozvoji hornictví, vědního oboru důleţitého pro ekonomiku našeho státu i celé Evropské unie.

The dissertation deals with development of competitiveness and economic development of clusters in the field of quarrying and stone processing in the Czech Republic and in the countries of the European Union. Presently the clusters are an important element in creating industrial and regional innovation policies in the entire advanced world. The clusters gradually took on an important role not only in revitalising the stagnating regions but also in supporting industrial branches based on new scientific knowledge in richer regions. There are efforts to achieve more intensive concentration on the microeconomic business environment, which is an approach different from the traditional macroeconomic one, and to improve the competitiveness of excellent industrial branches or sectors with an emphasis put on the local specifics. The clusters offer a combination of competition and cooperation resulting in a higher level of education, innovations and competitiveness. The dissertation deals with examination of the optimum conditions for establishing new clusters in the field of extraction and processing of mineral resources, which leads to development of mining as a science that is so important for the economy of our country and of the entire European Union.
