Návrh a realizace výukového přípravku pro NI-ELVIS

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to design and construct a printed circuit board, compatible with NI ELVIS II, on which are various electronic circuits for the purpose of familiarization with peripherals of this device and for teaching virtual instrumentation. The thesis deals with properties and capabilities of the NI ELVIS II platform, the description and schematics of the designed tasks are given. Tasks have been created so that they do not discourage beginners unfamiliar with virtual instrumentation. Added value is a microcontroller, which serves as a simulator of peripherals, and extends the board to practically any task that is programmed into it. The design of printed circuit board design and programming possibilities in LabVIEW with description of some demo applications is also presented.
