Návrh strategie pro malý podnik

Abstract

Tato práce řeší problematiku návrhu strategie pro malý podnik a její implementaci. Jejím cílem je na základě zkoumání podniku a jeho okolí vytvořit nejvhodnější strategii. V teoretické části je definován pojem strategie, její typy a směry. Dále jsou zde vymezeny všechny metody, které jsou použité v praktické části a slouží k analýze vnitřního a vnějšího okolí, poznání podniku a vymezení správného směru výsledné strategie. V praktické části jsou tyto metody použity na konkrétním podniku Zahradnictví Anna Kontárová. Výsledkem je pak návrh několika strategických variant, z nichž je za pomoci hodnotící tabulky ze SWOT analýzy vybrána ta nejvhodnější. Výsledná strategie je zaměřena na postupné odstranění slabých stránek, které aktuálně podnik má a přitom respektuje finanční možnosti podniku.

This degree work deals with problems of the suggestion of the strategy for a small firm and its implementation. Its aim is to create the most suitable strategy on the basis of the investigation of the firm and its surroundings. The Concept of the strategy, its types and sorts are defined in the theretical part. All the methods are specified here too and these ones are used in the practical part of the degree work and they serve for the analysis of the internal and external surroundings, the recognition of the firm and the specification of the right direction of the final strategy. These methods are used in the practical part for the concrete firm Anna Kontárová Garden Centre. The result is the suggestion of several strategic variants form these ones the most appropriate variant was chosen by means of the evaluating chart from the SWOT analysis. The resulting strategy pays particular attention to the gradual elimination of the weak spots which the firm has in this time and respects the financial opportuinities of the firm simultaneously.
