Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis, design, and implementation of a software solution for a conveyor device intended for handling printed circuit boards. The introductory part describes the construction of the device, its significance within he production cell, and the technological components utilized in the development of the control software. The thesis also covers the basic technical standards in the field of industrial automation and verifies the functional safety of the device using the SISTEMA tool. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the design and description of the software in the TIA Portal environment, the creation of the HMI visualization, and the process of commissioning the device in real operation.
