Abstract

System of day water monitoring management and his meaning for environment The main aim of my thesis is assessment of present day water monitoring system managed by Agricultural water management authority. The assessment is carried on the basis of practically experiences and studying all system of management. The basic aim of water monitoring is observation of day water quality in small water courses and water reservoirs. There are given limits in the Decree of goverment No. 229/2007 Sb., where indicators and values of admissible pollution of surface waters are set, as the criterion for assesment of water quality. Quality of water is also assessed according to standard ČSN 75 7221 – Water Quality – Classification of Surface Waters Quality. Day water monitoring provides informations which are important for decision in water protection management.
