Reorganizace podniku jako východisko z insolvence

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá insolvenčním řízením v rámci České republiky. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza insolvenčního řízení z hlediska řešení insolvence reorganizací. Práce obsahuje teoretická východiska insolvenčního řízení, především reorganizace, kde jsou zmíněny také jednotlivé procesy. Charakteristika a historie společnosti je obsažena ve třetí kapitole, která zahrnuje vývoj společnosti do schválení reorganizace. Nejdůležitější součástí práce je podrobný popis konkrétní reorganizace, včetně všech kroků a rozhodnutí soudu. Poslední části diplomové práce se věnují shrnutí konkrétního případu, důsledkům a příčinám celého insolvenčního řízení.

The thesis deals with insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic. The target of this thesis is to analyze the insolvency proceedings in terms of reorganization as a way out of insolvency. It includes theoretical information about insolvency proceedings, especially reorganization, with description of the particular procees too. Characteristic of the company and its history are contained in the third chapter which includes development until the date of approval with reorganization. The most integral part of this thesis is a detailed description of the specific reorganization in the selected company, with the approaches and court decisions. Last parts of the thesis include summary of the specific case, results and causes of insolvency proceedings.
