Technicko-ekonomické posouzení inovačního projektu

Abstract

The thesis deals with the feasibility study of the investment project. In the first part after the introduction describes the theoretical steps of the feasibility study, investment evaluation methods and theoretical process of risk analysis. The second part focuses on the description itself and the technical solution of the project, then the market and the marketing strategy of the company is analysed. This chapter is followed by a list of technical-economic and financial outcomes. The next part of the work focuses on the calculation of indicators of investment evaluation. The following section is devoted to the risk analysis and evaluation using sensitivity analysis. The final chapter evaluates the effectiveness of investment and the summary of the outcomes of the project.
