Abstract

Every entrepreneur and small or medium-sized company must be able to organize their work. In some cases, the performance of care project managers, but sometimes they take this task on our shoulders right owners, or irrelevant team members. Work organization and clarity of the tasks of leadership is the foundation and functioning of any society. Now the organization and transparent project management is the topic of my thesis because I am in the company where I work the person responsible for this act. I deal with the problems of operating small and medium-sized companies, and implementing the applications needed to access the information system. This work is focused on the cooperation of employees (clients) in a single application interface with statement and other extensions.
