Aplikace metody FMEA na proces vstřikování krycích skel světlometu

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with application of the FMEA to the process of injection moulding of the headlamp covers. In the theoretical part of the thesis are described elementary information about quality management, then theoretical basis of quality planning and its importance, description of FMEA process and basic information about polymers and the injection process. The practical part is focused on the application of FMEA methodology to the ongoing process of moulding the headlamp covers. FMEA method is applied on three basic parts of production process. The result of the FMEA method was the identification of possible defects, consequences and its causes with suggestion of appropriate measures for the TOP 5 possible defects to reduce the risk number with subsequent improvement of the production process.
