Abstract

The subject of this Bachelorʹs thesis is analysing selected chapters of the handbook integrated management system in company MPS Mont, a.s. which is occupied with the service of the energy equipment of the industrial companies. The theoretical part deals with the concept of the quality, quality management, species concepts used in management for the quality. Also this part explains the selected ISO standards series, including the characteristics of the most important chapters of ISO 9001 and a description of the line, the structure and management of the quality management system documantation. The practical part of this Bachelorʹs thesis is dedicated to the analysis and revision of the quality management system documentation and of the enviroment according to the requirements of integrated management systems for the company MPS Mont, a.s.
