Abstract

Annotation Diploma's thesis "Analysis of the housing market development in Ostrava and its predictions" deals with the development of the situation on the Ostrava real estate market. The aim of the thesis analyse the past and present trends in the housing market and the factors that influence this development. Based on processed results, interviews and questionnaires. I will try to evaluate these factores considering specifies of Ostrava and estimate future price development and finally make certain recommendations for potencional investors. The benefit of the thesis in evaluation of predictions in the past and the mapping of the current situation with housing in Ostrava and its surroundings.
