Hodnocení výkonnosti gumárenského podniku

Abstract

The aim of this work was to analyze the financial situation and evaluace the performance the company Continental Barum, spol. s r.o. Data were processed using various methods and approaches. On the basis of these methods has been an overall evaluation and was compiled recommendations for improving the current situation. The work has five parts. The first part is focused on theoretical background related to the issue. The next section presents the analyzed company. The third part deals with the application of selected methods of evaluating business performance. The penultimate part is focused on a complete evaluation of the analysis and recommendations are suggested. The last part is the conclusion, which is a summary of all information and knowledge. Among the most significant methods that were used in this work are the analysis of absolute indicators using horizontal and vertical analysis; ratio analysis; analysis of net working capital. They were also used bankruptcy and credibility models and finally the application part, a comparison of specific products with products from our competitors through performance benchmarking.
