Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of a selected powertrain system of the Škoda Fabia test vehicle, enabling the integration of a programmable control unit and the design of laboratory tasks. In the introductory section, the analysis of the parameters of all inputs and outputs of the original contol unit is described in order to understand the powertrain system. The second chapter deals with the selection of a programmable control unit and its practical integration together with a breakout box into the test car. The next chapter deals with the design of application software for the programmable control unit. At the end of the work the design of laboratory tasks for practical teaching of the subjects Automotive Electronics 1 and 2 with the advantages of programmable control unit is described.
