Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on analysis and evaluation of public procurement in the town of Šenov. There is basic description of public procurement, public procurement legislation and municipalities in theoretical part of the thesis. There is characteristic of the town of Šenov in practical part of the thesis with analysis of economy in the years 2012 – 2016. The procurement process in the town of Šenov, analysis of public procurements from the years 2014 to 2016 and analysis and evaluation of public procurement of the town of Šenov “The improvement of capacity of primary school Šenov”. The aim of the diploma thesis is evaluation of the impact of the amendment to the Act on procurement process on the analyzed public procurement. There are summarized the findings resulting from the theoretical part of the diploma thesis in its conclusion.
