Geometrický plán pro rozdělení pozemku a určení vlastnických práv k nemovitostem v k.ú. Fačkov

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo vyhotovenie geometrického plánu pre rozdelenie pozemku a určenie vlastníckych práv k nehnuteľnostiam v katastrálnom území Fačkov. Prácu je možné rozdeliť na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V úvode teoretickej časti som sa zaoberala historickým vývojom katastra nehnuteľností a jeho mapami. Druhou súčasťou boli teoretické poznatky o geometrickom pláne, postupe jeho vyhotovenia a taktiež aj poznatky o meraní zmien pre účely katastra nehnuteľností. V praktickej časti bolo opísané vyhotovenie geometrického plánu a záznamu podrobného merania zmien v zadanom katastrálnom území s uvedením postupu meračských prác v teréne a postupu vyhotovenia grafickej a písomnej časti.

The aim of the thesis was to create a geometrical plan how to divide an estate and how to determine owner’s right as to the real estate in a cadastral area of Fačkov. The thesis is possible to divide into a theoretical and a practical part. In the introduction of the theoretical part I dealed with a historical development of the cadastral real estate and its maps. The second part was theoretical knowledge about geometrical plan, proceeding of its drawing up and so the knowledge about measuring of changes for the purpose of cadastral real estate. In the practical part there was described drawing up of geometrical plan and record of detailed measurement of changes in assigned cadastral area together with introduction of the method of measuring works in terrain and method of drawing up of graphic and written part.
