Abstract

Diploma thesis was focused on possibilities of realisation student exchange programs at Economics faculty, VSB-TUO. The main aim of this diploma thesis was evaluation of working of exchange programs and student satisfaction. It should help to improve relationships and cooperation with International office of Economics faculty. The next goal was well-arranged introduction of statistic system of realised exchange programs. In the practical part of this work are presented results of marketing research. The data for the research were gathered by written questioning about 122 exchange students. On the base of this results could be possible to suggest some recommendations for improving of students satisfaction with exchange programs and streamlining of administrative process.
