Abstract
The subject of my thesis is the change of use of an existing castle
building in the village of Dolní Lutyně to housing for seniors - a nursing home, where also the
public services are provided. In this thesis there is an analysis of the current status of locality
based on the accumulated knowledge about the area and village needs. There is also the propsal for parking, breakout, treatment related outdoor surfaces as a part of this thesis.
