Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on finding of the level of satisfaction of foreign students with the services which are provided to the staff of the International Office and the rest of the staff and students of Faculty of Economics of VŠB-TU Ostrava. The aim is to find the weaknesses of the Faculty of Economics in the process of providing these services and devising measures to achieve greater satisfaction of the students with their foreign study visit. To meet this objective has been implemented quantitative research. This quantitative research was performed at the Faculty of Economics of the VŠB-TUO in March 2014 using a structured questionnaire.
