Nové flotační sběrače ve flotaci černého uhlí

Abstract

V této diplomové práci bylo k flotačním testům použito černé uhlí z dolu Staříč a Lazy v OKR. Diplomová práce se zabývá výzkumem nových flotačních sběračů z odpadů pyrolýzy dřeva a porovnává je s již běžně dostupným belgickým činidlem montanolem 508 ve flotaci černého uhlí. Jako další aspekt testuje mísení montanolu 508 a odpadu pyrolýzy za účelem lepších výsledků flotace. Cílem práce bylo získání vhodného prodejního černouhelného koncentrátu, ve kterém je obsah popela nižší než 10 %. Dalším cílem práce bylo nahrazení dosud používaného činidla anebo snížení jeho spotřeby ve flotaci vhodnou kombinací s odpady z pyrolýzy dřeva.

In this thesis, the coal from Lazy and Staříč Mine in OKR was used for the flotation tests during the research. This thesis deals with the research of new flotation collectors from wooden pyrolysis waste and compares them with commercially available agent Belgian montanol 508 which is used in black coal flotation. Another aspect of the test is mixing montanol 508 and pyrolysis waste in order to get better flotation. The aim was to obtain a suitable coal concentrate used for sale, in which the ash content is lower than 10%. Another aim of this thesis was either replacement of the agent used till now or reduction of the agent consumption in the flotation process, using the appropriate combination with wooden pyrolysis waste.
