Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with competency models. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a specific competency models for two selected positions in the organization. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical-methodical and application-verification part, which includes the resulting models. The primary focus of these models is the recruitment and selection. The thesis also contains proposals for the use of models in other personnel activities.
