Vztahy EU a Izraele

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vzájemné vztahy EU a Izraele. Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat teoretická východiska vnějších vztahů EU se zaměřením na politiku sousedství a specifikovat tyto vztahy na případu EU a Izraele. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je věnována popisu vnějších vztahů EU, ale především popisuje sousedskou politiku. Je zde uveden vznik a vývoj, cíle, nástroje účastníci této politiky. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na historicko-popisnou charakteristiku Izraele. Je zde zmíněn vývoj Izraele od starověkých počátků až po moderní dějiny. Zároveň je zde Izrael analyzován z hlediska politického systému, společnosti, ekonomiky, bezpečnosti a zahraničních vztahů. Třetí a poslední kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou vzájemných vztahů mezi EU a Izraelem. Je zde zmíněn vývoj, současná podoba bilaterálních vztahů. Zároveň tato kapitola analyzuje budoucí teoretický model bilaterálních vztahů mezi EU a Izraelem.

The Thesis is focused on the mutual relations between the EU and Israel. Focusing on the European Neighbourhood Policy, the aim of this Thesis is to characterize the theoretical foundations of the EU external relations and to specify these relations based on EU – Israel case. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to describing the EU's external relations, but most importantly the European Neighbourhood Policy. The origin and development, objectives, tools and participants of this policy are introduced in this chapter. The second chapter focuses on the historical-descriptive characteristics of Israel. The history of Israel from ancient beginnings to modern times is mentioned here. At the same time, Israel is analyzed in terms of the political system, society, economy, security and foreign relations. The third and final chapter deals with the characteristics of mutual relations between the EU and Israel. The origin of relations and current form of bilateral relations are part of this chapter. Moreover, this chapter analyzes the theoretical model for future bilateral relations between the EU and Israel.
