Abstract
The aim of my thesis should be an analysis of the economic aspects of mergers, focusing on the tax implications of cross-border mergers.
Cross-border mergers are certainly very challenging and certainly would find a whole range of questions relating to this issue, but my job that I have set, should be an analysis of tax implications, tax loss carryforwards and VAT issues in relation to cross-border mergers.
