Abstract

Life insurance is one of the most effective forms of defense against the negative effects of randomness on human lives and health. In the thesis there are theoretical basis for life insurance characterized. Furthermore, it contains a description of insurance products and their development in the Czech market. These products are applied to the needs of a family of four in the last part. The aim of the thesis is to map the various forms of life insurance products and to recommend the most appropriate product to each member of that family.
