Abstract
The Thesis deals with buying and selling strategies. It explains the basic concepts such as business and its functions, strategy - its formation and the different types of competition and competitiveness, margins, sources of business finance, price and pricing strategies. The Aim of this Thesis is to design an appropriate strategy of buying and selling selected regional company, which is engaged in wholesale of building materials and tools.
