Motivace zaměstnanců akciové společnosti

Abstract

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and evaluation of motivation at employees in the Ostravar Brewery. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is devoted to getting to know some basic terms from the branch of human behaviour motivation and of impact of rewarding on the motivation at employees. The methods of the research have been introduced in the final part of this part. Characteristics of the brewery and some ways of motivating its employees have been introduced in the second part. Achieved results and recommendations are summarized in the conclusion. They could be used for further motivation of employees. The main aim of this thesis was to use a questionnaire research to find out about present situation in motivation and satisfaction at employees in the Ostravar Brewery.
