Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis: “Evaluation of Economic Effectiveness of a Company” is an evaluation of the economic efficiency of Topdoors, s.r.o. by using the most suitable and modern methods. At the works there is mentioned the principle of financial analysis, that is engaged as the instrument to examine the financial stability of the company. As well account to take into modern method of evaluation of economic effectiveness inclusive of Economic value added, Credit scoring model and Bankruptcy model. In a conclusion of the works is described the financial standing of a chosen company and a proposal for a removing of a inadequacies in company’s management.
