Příprava a organizace golfového turnaje

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis examines the subject of organisation and preparation of a selected youth golf series. The thesis aims to find out how the preparation takes place, whether it is effective and what steps need to be fulfilled for a successful organization. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the necessary terminology related to golf, marketing, research methods and management with a focus on sports management. The practical part includes a detailed introduction of the selected tournament series and an interview with its manager. It also evaluates the series using SWOT analysis and assesses the results of the quantitative research. Based on the methods used, it gives recommendations for further development.
