Abstract
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the Analysis of Competition on the Market of Tea Rooms in Ostrava, specifically in the city districts of Moravská Ostrava and Přívoz. The aim of the work is to analyze selected tea rooms and then compare the quality of their services. The research was conducted using the method of mystery shopping and observation. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical starting points of the competition analysis and the characteristics of the tea rooms market in Ostrava were described. In the practical part, the course of the research was described, including data analysis. These results were the starting point for determining the final proposals and recommendations for the tea rooms, which achieved the lowest point total in the research part.
