Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of evaluation and rewarding employees in a private organisation. The first part presents therefore theoretical findings about evaluation and rewarding of employees. It describes reasons for the implementation of an assesment system for employees, its aims and methods. Later in the rewarding of employees part, it shows elements of the assesment system and the influence of the inner and outer setting on the reward system. The second practical part analyses the organisational structure and the present evaluational and rewarding status in a monitored work sector. In the part of concepts and recommendations there are adjustments to the evaluating and rewarding employees systems and employees benefits described and substantiated.
