Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the hydrogen embrittlement of steel TRIP 800 using tensile tests at low strain rate. The main task is to describe the change in mechanical properties of TRIP steel after exposure of hydrogen and to evaluate the influence of hydrogen on the character of fracture surfaces of hydrogen charging samples. They compared the mechanical and plastic properties of TRIP steel with three levels of current density and two different times of hydrogen charging.
