Zavedení vlastní ochranné služby Správy železnic

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh strategie pro implementaci vlastní ochranné služby ve státní organizaci Správa železnic. Práce je zaměřena na historický vývoj ochrany železnice na území dnešní České republiky a jeho postupný přechod k současným opatřením. Pozornost je věnována analýze aktuálního stavu fyzické bezpečnosti u Správy železnic, jejíž součástí je i fyzická ostraha. V neposlední řadě jsou identifikovány oblasti pro zavedení vlastní ochranné služby a je provedeno zhodnocení potenciálních přínosů tohoto proaktivního kroku v porovnání s tradičními bezpečnostními opatřeními.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose a strategy for the implementation of the internal protection service of the state organization Railway Administration. The thesis focuses on the historical development of railway protection in the territory of today's Czech Republic and its gradual transition to the present. Furthermore, the work pays attention to the current condition of physical protection in the Railway Administration, which also includes security guard. Finally, areas for the introduction of own security services are identified and the potential benefits of this proactive step compared to traditional security measures are evaluated.
