Abstract
The master thesis is focused on the financial analysis of the MND a.s. company and subsequent evaluation of this analysis. The first part deals with company profile and theoretical bases of financial analysis. The second part is devoted to application of selected methods of financial analysis to MDN a.s. company between 2010 and 2012. The final part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations that could improve the financial status of the company.
